Policy

Booking Policy: All clients will only be able to book one appointment (for the desired areas) at a time, 4-6 weeks apart for laser hair removal. This booking policy applies for both clients who have paid upfront and those who pay as you go. This is to manage your treatments efficiently and to ensure sessions are appropriately spaced for best results. For facials and massages you may book as frequently as you and your aesthetician/massage therapist see fit.

The 4-6 weeks apart is for laser hair removal only (chat with our staff for more information).

Cancellation: If you must cancel or rebook your appointment we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice. Cancellations or no-show appointments without 24 hour notice will result in 50% of your service charge due before you’re able to book your next appointment. For emergency cases within 24 hours please contact Nirvana Wellness and Spa as soon as you can, we cannot guarantee but we will try to waive the policy for emergency cases only (case by case basis).

Refunds: No refunds will be given for single treatments, package treatments, or upfront payments unless Nirvana Wellness and Spa is suddenly closed or has technical problems.

Increment weather: Nirvana Wellness and Spa will contact you at 5 am the morning of your appointment during dangerous weather. You will have the choice to reschedule your appointment without penalty to another day. We apologize for any closure inconveniences.

Late Policy: We have allocated the right amount of time to ensure you are receiving the ultimate care during your treatment. We ask that your arrive on time for your appointments. There is a late fee of $10 for those that show up 15 minutes late. Anything after 20 minutes will result in the treatment being cut short or the appointment will need to be rescheduled to another time and you will lose your deposit.

Guests with client: Guests can wait in the waiting area as your appointment is going on. ONE guest wearing the appropriate safety gear can sit in your treatment room with you, but they must comply to the safety regulations. If complying to the safety requirements is a problem, we ask that your guest sits in the waiting room. Children that need 24/7 monitoring will not be watched by our spa coordinator, they are not baby sitters and are on a job where they are busy. Our spa coordinator can keep an eye on children who are self sufficient and respectful sitting in the waiting area. Please make prior arrangements for young kids before your treatments. In some cases they can come in treatment rooms (depending on the nature of the treatment and only 1 child can enter if they comply with safety protocols). Children younger than 3 cannot go into treatment rooms. If children are burdening the staff during treatment, they will be asked to wait in the waiting room, or your appointment will be cut short and incomplete (no refund).

Last minute bookings: We will try our best to accommodate last minute bookings but we cannot guarantee there will be availability. You MUST contact Nirvana Wellness and Spa to see if we can accomodate you.

Appointment refusal policy: If you refuse to wear the safety protective eye goggles or glasses during laser, Nirvana has the right to refuse the appointment with no refunds. As well as if a client is unhygienic we will suspend the appointment for the health & safety of our staff, you and other clients. Clients that are misbehaving or acting inappropriately/threatening to our staff will also be refused to make appointments in the future and have their appointment suspended with no refund. We respect people that respect us and we will go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and happy! It doesn’t cost anything to be kind :)

After hour bookings: In rare cases Nirvana Wellness and Spa may allow after hour bookings. There will be a $50 charge and a 72 hour notice is required. You MUST give us a heads up and we will try to accommodate after hour services the best we can with the staff available. It is not guaranteed but we will try.

Environment Respect and Parking: We ask you to be respectful of the environment around you. Please no spitting gum outside our shop, no smoking at the front entrance, or leaving trash around. Parking lot is large, so please do these things in your car to respect the people around you. Please put trash and gum in trash cans. Thank you! We appreciate the respect for us and the environment :)
