Meet the face behind your hairless body, relaxed muscles, and glowing skin! I’m the Founder and Owner of Nirvana Wellness and Spa. A proud Canadian who now calls Minnesota home after falling in love and marrying a handsome Minnesotan farmer. Moving here was a big life shift for me, and it’s shaped both my personal life and the way I’ve built my business.

My passion for skincare and aesthetics started from my own experience. I struggled with severe unwanted hair growth and severe cystic acne from a young age, and I began laser hair removal as a teenager. At age 20, I experienced my first real life-changing results with a laser hair removal machine that completely transformed my confidence (Alma Soprano). Later, while living in Canada, I worked as a technician in a salon where I started to deepen my understanding of treatments and client care. After that, I purchased my very own brand new Alma Soprano laser machine to use on myself, friends, family and clients so they could experience the same results I did… and they did!! I also partnered alongside a chiropractor for a few years, helping clients achieve those results, and I built many meaningful relationships with clients on their hair removal journeys. That experience is where my interest in aesthetics grew into something deeply meaningful. Over time, I continued to pursue advanced technology and saw firsthand how transformative the right treatments can be, not just physically, but emotionally. That journey ultimately inspired me to create Nirvana Wellness and Spa. I’ve experienced and seen some of the best facial treatments and massages in downtown Toronto, and I wanted to create a similar beautiful, comfortable, and results-driven space in my own area, central Minnesota. I love the community here and I can’t wait to serve you! My goal is for you to see results, feel comfortable, and think of our staff and clinic as a home away from home.

Today, I focus on leading and growing the business while a highly trained team of licensed nurses and aestheticians provide all treatments, including laser hair removal, facials, and advanced skin services. You will see me for consultations and hear from me as we check in with you regarding your skin and body throughout your journey at Nirvana (be honest with us so we can serve you the best we can!). I want the absolute best experience for both my clients and my staff. I’m very intentional about the team and environment we build, because client experience, safety, comfort, and results are at the core of everything we do.

Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors, reading, enjoying a glass of wine, learning the ropes of farming, and being with my loved ones. I also have a doodle named Duke who I absolutely adore and treat like my child. My hope is to one day create a hobby farm full of animals, i’m completely obsessed with them!

I truly believe the mind, body, and soul are deeply connected, and when you feel good in your skin, it changes how you move through life. That philosophy is at the heart of Nirvana Wellness and Spa.
